• Team management and performance dashboards

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable telemarketing or do-not-call regulations
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Use our AI calling features to harass or spam individuals

5. Third-Party Integrations

Our services integrate with third-party platforms including Google Calendar. Your use of these integrations is subject to:

• Google API Services User Data Policy for calendar integrations

You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time through your account settings.

6. Payment and Billing

For paid subscriptions:

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Objection Proof AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Objection Proof AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
