Google Calendar Data
When you connect your Google Calendar, we access:
- Calendar availability: We read your calendar events to determine when you are free or busy for scheduling purposes
- Event creation: We create calendar events on your behalf when appointments are scheduled through our platform
We do NOT access:
- Event details, descriptions, or attendee lists of your existing events
- Calendars other than the one you explicitly connect
- Any Google data beyond calendar availability and event creation
Usage Data
- Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
- Feature usage within our application
2. How We Use Your Information
Google Calendar Data
- Check availability: Determine open time slots for appointment scheduling
- Book appointments: Create calendar events when prospects schedule meetings through our AI calling system
- Prevent double-booking: Ensure appointments don't conflict with existing commitments
We access Google Calendar data only when:
- You explicitly connect your calendar
- Our system checks availability or books an appointment
Account & Usage Data
- Provide and maintain our service
- Authenticate your identity
- Send service-related communications
- Improve our application
3. Data Storage & Security
- Google OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS
- We use Supabase for secure database hosting with row-level security
- Access tokens are refreshed automatically and old tokens are invalidated
4. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data or Google Calendar data with third parties except:
- Service providers necessary to operate our platform (e.g., hosting providers)
- When required by law
- With your explicit consent
5. Data Retention
- Google Calendar tokens: Retained while your calendar is connected; deleted upon disconnection
- Account data: Retained while your account is active
- You may request deletion of your data at any time

You have the right to:
- Disconnect your Google Calendar at any time
- Request access to your data
- Request deletion of your data
- Revoke our access via Google Account settings
7. Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use of Google Calendar data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We only use Google Calendar data to provide and improve the calendar scheduling features you explicitly requested. We do not use this data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
